Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item. Please note personalised or custom built items can not be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the item and we do recommend sending back tracked/signed for incase of any lost or delayed items (insurance is upto £50 on tracked items).
Items sent after 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee (equivalent to 2% of the initial purchase fee) This is to cover the payment fees that we are unable to reclaim on returns outside of this window.
Please return your item with the packing slip - advising us on the slip why you would like to return the item. If you would like an exchange please mark up on the packing slip what size you would like to exchange for
Final sale/Clearance items
PLEASE NOTE: Final sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return/refund unless faulty. In exceptional circumstances we may raise a credit note for some returned items

Damage and faults
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a personalised or custom built item is damaged or faulty we can arrange to have the item collected from you to correct the issue. Please note that if the fault turns out to be a self build issue there will be a cost to return the item to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items unless faulty), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, underwear etc).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale/last chance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to repurchase the item and return the initial item back to us for a full refund. You can of course request an exchange on the returned packing slip and we will invoice you for the reshipping when we receive the item back.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
