All valuations are based on the information provided when the valuation form is completed. The form must be completed accurately and at least 2 photographs uploaded
If the item is not as described a revised valuation may be offered, alternatively if the item differs too greatly from the original description the item will be returned at the senders expense.
We will endeavour to provide a valuation within 48 working hours of receipt of the form.
The valuation provided is valid for 1 month. If you do not send the item within one month a further valuation should be requested
Condition
All items should still be in wearable condition
All items should be clean
Renumeration
Payment is made in the form of a credit on the Jamzz website - a discount code will be emailed out to you on receipt of the item.
There are no cash payments made for Pre Danced item
Discount codes will be valid for 12 months from issue date
Discount codes can only be used against dance and leisure wear. It is not transferrable against training equipment.
Return of goods
Pre Danced items can be returned within 14 days of receipt at the purchasers expense
If the item is not as described on the website it must be returned within 14 days of receipt and a credit discount code will be issued, including an additional amount to cover the return postage costs (please provide proof of cost of postage)
We do not issue refunds on Pre Danced items - it is exchange or credit note only
