There is the small 0.25kg weights which are perfect for wrists to help strengthen and tone arms, or to make users more aware of their arms when practising routines. Or - they make ideal lightweight ankle weights for younger children - not too heavy - just enough weight to provide gentle resistance during exercise
We also have the 0.5kg weights - perfect for ankles on slightly older children or as wrist weights or lighter ankle weights for teens or adults.
